Services

Each event is unique. We offer our services a la carte. Please choose which services you would like Haute Skillet to provide.

Bartender(s)

6-hour minimum for beer and wine or for mixed drinks. Includes setting up bar and breaking down. Does not include alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, galvanized tubs, glassware or plastics.

Beverage Station/Service

Includes infused water + lemonade + iced tea. Containers, tables, and linens not included. Additional cost per table for water glasses filled and water bottles on table.

Buffet Service

Includes 2-3 servers and reclaimed wood chafing dishes, server-ware. Tables/linens not included.

Cake Cut

Includes set up of cake table and plating. Fee is waived if Haute Skillet provides the cake. Tables/linens not included.

Champagne Toast Service

Includes opening and serving each guest. Champagne flutes not included.

Coffee and Tea Service

Includes coffee and tea , paper cups, stirrers, creamers and sugar. Coffee maker not included.

Family Style Service

Includes 2 servers for every 25 guests. Rental dishes and server-ware are not included.

Food Truck Service

Includes compostable plates, napkins, utensils, 1 chef and 2 servers.

Ice Delivery

The price is based on amount needed and the delivery location.

Plated Service

Includes 2 servers for every 25 guests. Rental dishes and server-ware are not included.

Table Clean Up

Includes plate clearing/bussing.

Table Set Up

Includes setting up place settings and glassware. Décor and setting up tables and chairs is not included.

Table and Chair Breakdown

Includes breakdown of tables and chairs at the end of the event.

Table and Chair Set Up

Includes setting and placing the tables and chairs prior to the event.
